Delaware Bio is going virtual in 2020! The Science & Technology Virtual Career Fair will connect your organiztion with exemplary candidates in search of new career opportunities, representing all sectors of the life science industry. This is a unique opportunity to access to substantial pipeline of new talent from around the region and country while reducing cost-per-hire. It will save time and resources because travel and table set up will not be required; recruiters will be able to chat with candidates from any location on any device. Organizations looking to fill full-time, part-time, and internship roles are encouraged to participate. In 2018, we had over 375 technical job seekers. During the live event, recruiters and members of your recruitment team can welcome highly qualified candidates in your customized booth in a group setting as well as engage in one-on-one chat sessions. The online platform allows recruiters to screen candidates and preview resumes online utilizing filter options; recruiters will only need to communicate with the candidates of interest. Any individual with at least a high school education who is interested in pursuing employment in the science and technology industry is encouraged to attend. Hiring employers are looking to fill part-time and full-time positions, as well as internships.

Yes, all job seekers’ resumes will be provided to all employers for the event. If you would like us to exclude your resume from the electronic versions provided to employers, you may indicate that during the registration process.

Individuals interested in pursuing employment in engineering, healthcare, science, and technology industries within the region are encouraged to participate.
